Manutti Yiko Dining Chair – Natural Teak and Woven Wicker

The armless version of the dining chair Yiko is the piece that fits elegantly anywhere: around a generous table, at the end of a compact balcony ledge, or as an extra chair that doesn’t take up any extra space. The curved silhouette, designed by Stephane De Winter, founder of Manutti, retains all the comfort of the collection in a sleeker form.

Design and Materials

The natural teak frame (HFTK) is left untreated so that the wood can breathe and age beautifully, and the seat and backrest are woven from two-tone Twisted Chalk wicker (6W29)—the two-tone fiber that defines the identity Yiko. The armless design allows for a compact arrangement of multiple chairs around the same table.

Pillows and Textiles

The seat cushion is optional and can be selected from the drop-down menu along with the fabric category: C145 Salty White (Cat. B)—fabric from the Manutti quick-ship program, with expedited delivery—or, upon request, a fabric of your choice from the Manutti collection, classified under Cat. A or Cat. C (over 50 options, samples available upon request). All fabrics are designed for outdoor use: UV-resistant, saltwater- and chlorine-resistant, and machine-washable at 30°C. According to the collection’s specifications, the cushions for the dining chairs are made without piping.

Maintenance

The untreated natural teak frame develops an elegant silvery patina over time. To preserve its original warm hue, we recommend treating it with Manutti Teak Protector every six months and, if necessary, with Teak Color Refresher from the Manutti Care line. A dedicated protective cover is available as an option.

Delivery Time

Each piece Yiko is crafted by Manutti in the selected configuration, with delivery within 6–8 weeks of order confirmation. For configurations featuring the C145 Salty White quick-ship fabric (cushions without piping), the lead time is reduced to 2–3 weeks.
