Manutti Kobo 3-Seater Outdoor Sofa – Rope and Aluminum

At 270 centimeters, the Kobo three-seater sofa is the centerpiece of the collection—an outdoor lounge with the feel of a living room. The curved lines, designed by Stephane De Winter, founder of Manutti, combine with a deep seat and plush cushions for ultimate comfort.

Design and Materials

The entire sofa is hand-woven from synthetic rope around a welded aluminum frame, with the seat frame made of textylene—a technical feat that gives the piece both structural strength and a sculptural, seamless silhouette. The 45 mm rope is available in Anthracite (4R03) and Pepper (4R04), and the sofa can be ordered with a standard or high back for full head support.

Pillows and Textiles

The pillow set is included in the price, featuring quick-drying foam and a water-repellent, breathable inner layer. From the selector, choose the fabric category: C145 Salty White (Cat. B), the collection’s quick-ship fabric, or a fabric of your choice from the Manutti collection, Cat. A or Cat. C. All fabrics are designed for outdoor use—UV-resistant, saltwater- and chlorine-resistant, and machine-washable at 30°C. The frame is available in two rope finishes: Anthracite (4R03) and Pepper (4R04)—please specify your preference when ordering.

Delivery Time

Each Kobo piece is crafted by Manutti according to the chosen configuration, with delivery within 6–8 weeks of order confirmation. For configurations featuring the C145 Salty White quick-ship fabric, the delivery time is reduced to 2–3 weeks.

Maintenance

The synthetic rope and electrostatic-painted aluminum frame do not require seasonal maintenance: they can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap. The cushions are upholstered in outdoor fabrics that are washable at 30°C and resistant to UV rays, saltwater, and chlorine. For the cold season, we recommend the dedicated Manutti protective cover, available as an option.
